Masterflex® tubing pump systems are made to exact specifications using a proven process developed over more than 50 years. This is key to Cole-Parmer's promise to deliver solutions you trust.
Before we create any Masterflex® tubing pump, we define the unique needs of our customers through product performance surveys, as well as input from use in actual applications. We then develop new products and features based on reliability, ease of use, and product function.
During the concept stage, we consider all the factors vital in creating durable products that provide our customers with the best results possible. This is where we put our nearly 50 years of experience in developing more than 5,000 products to work. It's where we consider all the possibilities, including specific applications, product adaptability, and costs, as well as our requirements for safety, environmental needs, service, reliability, and noise specifications.
Once a product is conceptualized, proven procedures are defined and maintained to control and verify its design to ensure that specified requirements are met. Controls are put in place to ensure that the product is producible and results verifiable. The product is then designed using the latest technology, and its operation is verified through testing.
The results of our information gathering, product-concept development, and the application of our engineering expertise is the prototype Masterflex pump system. Once developed, thorough testing and refining of this working model ensure that the product will produce the result that we—and our customers— can rely on.
On-time delivery of durable, trouble-free products with superior service are rights our customers deserve. Therefore, before any Masterflex pump hits the market it undergoes countless hours of testing to ensure that it performs to our high standards. Each product is scrutinized under actual application conditions to ensure that it meets specific requirements.
Our products are made in a facility certified to ISO 9001:2000 standards. Masterflex pumps meet U.S. and international standards, and we warrant the accuracy and integrity of every pump we sell.

Smeg, founded in 1948 by Vittorio Bertazzoni in Guastalla, a town near Reggio Emilia, is the Italian company that has been able to evolve simple household appliances into authoritative interpreters of "Made in Italy". The Bertazzoni family's productive and entrepreneurial history begins way back in the 19th century. Starting out as blacksmiths, the Bertazzoni's, over time have branched out into other areas becoming cooker manufacturers and, at a later time, manufacturers of machines for professional use such as washer-disinfectors and glassware washers.
After consolidating its position in the household appliances sector, Smeg diversified its production by inserting new professional divisions: one dedicated to products for Restaurants, Smeg Foodeservice Solutions, and in 1985, one for washing and thermal disinfection, Smeg Instruments.
The first professional glassware washers were produced based on the company's knowledge in the washing sector, and soon, the changing needs related to performance and certification lead to the development of machines complying with the regulations of the medical sector, i.e. the increasingly efficient and specific washer-disinfectors equipped with baskets and trolleys.
To meet the market demand, particularly challenging in terms of performance and flexibility, Smeg Instruments subsequently launches a range of professional refrigeration products.
Founded in 1995, Quantek Instruments provides oxygen and carbon dioxide analyzers and solutions to food, pharmaceutical, research, educational, and government institutions worldwide.

T&D CORPORATION : The Dream Gains Strength
In 1986, a small group of young engineers gathered in Matsumoto, Japan with the dream of creating, developing and producing innovative and interest-sparking products. The name of their new company, T&D Corporation, was a reflection of that pioneering spirit: the T standing for TRY and the D standing for DEVELOPMENT.
One of the products that they TRIED and DEVELOPED had an incredible impact on the Japanese data logger market. In 1994, their PC compatible compact temperature and humidity data logger became the industry standard and shot T&D into the spotlight.
A lot has changed in the world since 1986, and during that time T&D has been at the forefront of creating new products and solutions to meet the modern customer's demand for "anytime anywhere access" to data. Their data logging systems based on wireless communication and LAN or 3G networking, coupled with the introduction of its free-of-charge cloud storage service "T&D WebStorage Service" are clear examples of their continued dedication to their original dream.
Moreover, at the dawn of the 21st century this dream grew international and in 2016 at the 30th anniversary of its founding, T&D currently has over 80 distributors worldwide and head offices in both North America and Europe.
Environmental Express offers unique products for labs such as disposable BOD bottles, Proweigh® filters that save prep time, and HotBlock® digestion systems to increase safety and efficiency. We are an Environmental Express authorized distributor.
