Return & Refund Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchases. However, if for any reason this is not the case, we will allow you to return the goods. Please contact us at info@htss.gr/greek or call us at +30-2109621154.

We do not sell products on a trial basis and you are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering.

 

Returns

This must be done within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will either exchange the item or refund you, subject to us receiving the goods back unused and in the same condition that you received them, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Your goods needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

In order to return your goods, they must be accompanied by a Returns Letter- Declaration of Withdrawal, which can be obtained by clicking here. Failure to follow these instructions may result in delay and additional costs.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your goods, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or bank account).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (maximum thirty (30) calendar days- art. 9 law 2251/1994), depending on your card issuer’s/bank’s policies.

 

Note:

In case of a deviation between ordered and received items, please contact us immediately. If you received wrong items, we are very sorry for this. After contacting us, please send back the specific item(s). The shipping costs will be carried by HTSS. Also, any replacement will be sent to you free of additional charges.

 

Shipping

Once contacted by our staff and assigned a Return Authorization Number (RAN), you will be instructed as to where to send the goods.

When declaring your withdrawal, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

When the product we send you is false or damaged the shipping costs will be carried by HTSS.

Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Note:

– In case of repeated returns by the consumer, we reserve the right to refuse to accept a product return due to abuse of the right to withdraw or replace our products, even if the above terms and conditions are met (Article 281 CC).

– If the above legal process is not followed or the legal requirements for accepting the return of a product are not met, then it will be returned to the consumer, who will be charged for packing and shipping costs.

– We reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
